Exciting Opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive
Are you an experienced Internal Sales Executive with a background in heating, plumbing, HVAC, boiler spares or the merchant sector?
We are recruiting for a talented Internal Sales Executive to join our client's growing team based at their Head Office in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to develop their career within a specialist business supplying domestic boiler spares nationwide.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities and helping heating engineers and maintenance companies access quality boiler spares at competitive prices.
This role would suit an Internal Sales Executive who enjoys telephone-based sales, account management and building long-term relationships with customers.
About the Role
Working within a close-knit team, the Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively contacting customers, identifying opportunities and delivering excellent service.
You will be speaking with Gas Safe registered engineers, heating installers and maintenance companies across the UK, helping them source domestic boiler spares that provide cost-effective solutions for their customers.

This is a consultative sales position where the successful Internal Sales Executive will have the opportunity to develop relationships, increase revenue and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with heating engineers, installers and maintenance companies.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships through proactive telephone contact.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable boiler spare solutions.
- Generate quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.
About You
The ideal Internal Sales Executive will have experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Heating
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Boiler spares
- Plumbing/heating merchants
- Technical sales environments
Experience working for businesses such as City Plumbing, Wolseley (Plumb Centre), Plumbase, Baxi, Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, British Gas, HomeServe or similar would be highly advantageous.

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Account Manager or Technical Sales professional.
- Strong telephone sales and communication skills.
- Experience building relationships with customers.
- A proactive approach to generating new business.
- The drive and ambition to achieve targets and progress your career.
What's on Offer?
- £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus with realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000
- Office-based role in Newcastle

- 37.5-hour working week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)
