Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Manager, based in Hucknall. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Additional tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales techniques and principles Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent relationships Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management Proven ability to achieve and exceed Sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Border CounterAct is advantageous although full training will be provided Previous experience in construction, timber, or materials industry is advantageous
