Internal Sales Manager

## Internal Sales Team Leader (B2B, UK-based)

You electrify the pace of internal sales—spot opportunities, build momentum, and turn conversations into revenue. This isn’t just a role; it’s a chance to design, launch, and lead from day one.

### About the Role

A brand-new opportunity to shape strategies, enhance performance, and accelerate opportunity flow across the UK. From driving results to empowering teammates, you’ll thrive in a recreated space built for collaboration and growth—ownership, visibility, and transformation start here.

### Responsibilities

As the Internal Sales Team Leader, your day will revolve around:

  • Driving revenue growth by creating a pipeline of qualified opportunities and converting activity into real business results.
  • Coaching and mentoring a dynamic sales team, helping individuals develop and maximize their potential.
  • Setting strategic KPIs for prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification, then tracking execution.
  • Embedding a sales process, structuring CRM and pipeline management to improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Taking the lead on outbound engagement—bridging gaps in new and existing accounts.
  • Aligning roadmaps for long-term career growth and performance improvements within the team.
  • Managing administrative tasks: Ensure CRM systems, forecasts, and opportunity records remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cross-collaborating: Work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams to deepen market insights.
  • Reporting and data visibility: Analyze performance metrics, pipeline health, and activity for informed decision-making.
  • Scaling the team: Recruit, onboard, and shape a high-performing function as the business grows.
  • Building a high-energy culture: Foster accountability, motivation, and energy within the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
