About The Opportunity

We're exclusively partnering with a well-established, family-owned business that is a recognised leader within the industrial coatings, paint finishing and surface preparation sector.

With over 50 years of success, our client has built an enviable reputation for delivering specialist products, technical expertise and complete solutions to customers across the UK and Ireland. Continued investment and sustained growth mean they are now looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead their internal sales and customer service function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a financially secure, people-focused business where you'll have genuine influence, lead a talented team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the company's growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the Internal Sales and Customer Service function, leading a high-performing team while driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service and continually improving operational performance.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to maximise commercial opportunities, develop your team and ensure customers continue to receive the outstanding service that has become synonymous with the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role that would suit an ambitious sales manager who enjoys coaching people, building strong customer relationships and making a real commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
