We’re looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join our Derry branch, a great opportunity for someone that has a focus on driving sales and branch to deliver customer growth.

Job Description

As an Internal Sales Manager, you will lead by example, driving sales performance on the trade counter and customer ledgers whilst ensuring excellent customer service and supporting business objectives.

Your leadership will help shape the team’s success and contribute directly to the growth of the branch.

Additionally, you will foster customer loyalty through excellent service and strong partnerships to maximize sales and ensure repeat business

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role which is highly competitive and customer focused where you are comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets.

You will be customer centric and a self-starter and enjoy developing the business through face to face and phone-based relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers.

Ideally you will have previous experience of managing and leading a team with a focus on developing and driving sales activity.
