Internal Sales/ Order Processing Executive (Fixed Term 8 month contract)
Are you highly organised, commercially ware, and confident working in a fast paced sales environment? We are seeking an Internal Sales/ Order Processing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Order Processing Executive will work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, supporting the smooth and accurate flow of orders across the business. The role is responsible for a range of tasks including end to end administration of customer orders and preparation of business documentation along with customer interaction to support the team with the overall aim of driving sales.
Responsibilities
The Internal Sales/Order Processing Executive will be responsible for the following:
Order entry/administration Processing goods in Processing goods out Monitor and track order deliveries and liaise with couriers to resolve any issues Check purchase invoices against purchases to ensure prices match and amend discrepancies Prepare and send customer documentation (statements/invoices) Chase up overdue invoices with customers Track remittances Reconcile monthly card statements against receipts Chemtrend purchasing Customer service/sales enquiries with customers Respond to inbound customer queries Answering inbound calls

Qualifications/Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels of their operation. Fully IT proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. B2B Sales experience. Sound and commercial approach to problem solving. Ability to prioritise workload. ‘Can-do’ attitude that contributes to building a positive team spirit. Reacts well under pressure Organised and efficient. Excellent attention to detail.
