About the Role
As an Internal Sales Person, you will play a key role in driving sales across our full product range. Experience in a similar role and environment is highly desirable. Based in one of our branches, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Serve customers with professionalism in safe environments
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain high health, safety, and security standards
- Brand Representation: Be an ambassador for The Timber Group by providing excellent navigation services
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships within your team
- Sales Management:
- Maintain your own internal customer ledger (advantage: previous ledger management experience)
- Build and sustain key supplier relationships
- Operational Duties:
- Daily handling of customer orders and enquiries
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
