We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge to work alongside our energetic team in Nuneaton. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude, an ability to learn from any losses and celebrate every win. The Role

We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive growth across the Midlands area. This is an office-based role, working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting GRS Group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both new & existing customers and suppliers to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new clients across the Midlands area.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and present quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • An organised, self-motivated, and results-driven individual seeking an exciting opportunity to grow within a sales-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
