About Us

The Astute Group has been bringing brands to life since 1976. Fifty years in, we're not slowing down, we're levelling up. And we need someone hungry enough to help us do it.

This isn't a sit-quietly-and-answer-emails role. We want someone with drive. Someone who spots an opportunity before it's obvious. Someone who wants to learn the business inside out and isn't afraid to say “I've got an idea” in a meeting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting our sales team so no lead, quote, or client goes cold
  • Keeping projects moving and clients in the loop
  • Getting comfortable with the tools that make modern sales faster (yes, that includes AI, we use it daily and expect you to as well)
  • Learning the ropes with a real path to grow into more

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
