Energas is a key part of the Air Liquide Group presence in the UK. Energas are a leading service provider of cylinder gases to a variety of industry sectors in the UK, delivering a local and personal service, combined with global quality products and expert technical support. Energas supply a comprehensive range of cylinder gases to suit the needs of industry from stock. All of our cylinder gases are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from small portable cylinders through to high capacity cylinder packs.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive Internal Sales / Warehouse / Driver to join our branch in Middlesbrough. In this multifaceted role your primary focus will be managing internal sales, optimising warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the safe, timely transportation of our products.

Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Order Processing: Handle incoming sales via telephone and trade counter, process orders, and manage cash and card transactions.
Customer Service: Advising customers on product information, dealing with any queries, and managing complaints.
Delivery: Ensuring timely efficient deliveries of our goods to both internal and external customers.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Organize stock, maintain an orderly warehouse, and be instrumental in timely and accurate stock counts.
Administrative Support: Maintain the branch price file, update product literature and catalogs, and assist with purchasing under the Branch Manager’s direction.
Are you a MATCH?
We are searching for a hardworking, adaptable individual that has great customer service skills, andan ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You will need:
A full, clean UK driving licence, and a valid Forklift license is essential.
Previous experience in a similar warehousing role with a strong customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and internal colleagues.
A safety conscious mindset and existing knowledge of health and safety requirements (HASAW Act).
Knowledge of ISO9002 is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Familiarity with engineering or welding processes is not essential but would be advantageous.
