Role: National Account Manager + New Business EMEA region
Location: Predominantly remote - 1/2 days a month in London for meetings.
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus bonus and flexi working/perks!
Ready to take your new business / account management skills to the next level? We’re looking for a seasoned International Account Manager who is a relationship-builder, sales guru, and beauty industry expert! You’ll be our clients go-to for managing key accounts, developing strong partnerships, and driving growth across all channels internationally!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead International Accounts: Manage and grow key partnerships with global retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms across EMEA.
- Drive Global Sales: Create and execute commercial strategies that maximise sales, visibility, and brand presence internationally.
- Strategic Negotiation: Own commercial negotiations and secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships in overseas markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, from marketing and operations to logistics and supply, to ensure aligned execution across regions.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adapt strategies to local market trends and consumer behaviours.

What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience in international account management or sales, in the beauty industry is essential for this role.
- A vast knowledge of the EMEA region including retailers and/or distributors.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for closing deals.
- Experience working with national retailers and understanding retail processes.
- Sales-driven, strategic thinker with an eye for detail.
- Extra languages is a big plus!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
