INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

£27,500 + Bonus | Hybrid Working

Are you naturally curious with excellent communication skills and a passion for research and problem-solving?

We're recruiting for an International Account Manager to join a growing team supporting businesses with environmental compliance across Europe and beyond. This is a varied customer-facing role combining account management, research and report writing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys analysing information and building strong client relationships.

THE ROLE

  • Manage your own portfolio of international clients
  • Research and interpret environmental legislation
  • Produce clear compliance reports and practical guidance
  • Liaise with overseas partners and regulatory bodies
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Support clients with registrations, data submissions and compliance requirements
  • Attend client meetings and assist with new business opportunities

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical ability
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

A degree is desirable, particularly in subjects such as Law, Geography, Politics, International Relations, Environmental Science, History or Languages, although other backgrounds will also be considered.
