Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation. We are currently looking for an International Bookings Co-Ordinator to join our Sales team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week on a rota basis.

As an International Bookings Co-ordinator, you will be an active, contributing member of the international bookings team, which involves dealing with and verifying international student bookings. You will be responsible for ensuring all international bookings are verified and processed using all routes for contacting, as well as following up on enquiries to convert them into sales. You will work closely with the internal sales team as well as working closely with the partnerships team to deal with international agent enquiries. The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service. You have a clear understanding of each property's proposition and USPs along with clear knowledge of our policies and procedures.

Job Type:

Full time (Monday-Friday) with occasional weekend work during peak period.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Managing international enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, live chat, email, web, and social media.
  • Contacting all international students to verify their bookings.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the housing market for overseas students.
  • Tracking and monitoring trends and patterns and feeding them back.
  • Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis.
  • Complying with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • Being flexible and working effectively with other colleagues.
  • Ensuring all international enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting.
  • Demonstrating a clear knowledge of the booking system.
  • Demonstrating a clear knowledge of the properties and keeping up to date with all activity throughout the year.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
