Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
In this position, you will build and execute sales strategies, go-to-market plans, partnerships, and initiatives to develop Apple’s B2B business in International Markets which include EMEIA, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, ALAC, Canada, Japan, Korea and China. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to seek new opportunities, develop account plans, and advance programs to grow the business, resulting in industry-leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Drive Regional Growth: Leverage market trends, channel insights, and commercial opportunities to build high-impact regional growth strategies.
- Optimize Execution: Partner with regional and country teams to continuously refine Quarterly (Q+1) and Annual plans and test innovative approaches that expand market reach.
- Lead Business Reviews: Coordinate cross-functional reviews to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and align with leadership on strategic direction.
- Accelerate Sales: Analyze market opportunities and develop innovative, data-driven initiatives to boost sales performance.
- Innovate Partnerships: Propose novel concepts, commercial partnerships, and strategic ideas to elevate performance for sales teams and channel partners.
- Develop Scalable Programs: Support the creation, testing, and deployment of strategic programs, initiatives, and operational playbooks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly across global and regional functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and AppleCare.

Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Background in business development, channel development, strategy, sales, or similar function
- Deep expertise in strategic planning and execution, including significant industry knowledge and broad-scale understanding of the B2B market
- Ability to recognize business opportunities through data, develop actionable insights, convert insights to strategic recommendations, and present findings to key stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience successfully managing C-level and senior-level relationships with internal and external partners is a plus
- Creativity to develop robust analytic approaches, translate deep business acumen into strategy, and build strategy into practical and measurable actions
- Passion for solving problems, ability to navigate ambiguity, and tenacity to provide recommendations that challenge the status quo
- Situational adaptability, strategic agility, and resilience to gracefully navigate the most difficult obstacles and prevail
