The company is expanding its international reach and is seeking a commercially strong professional to drive strategic business growth through global partnerships and premium inbound tourism development.
🎯 Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven International Business Development Manager to build and scale the company’s international tourism business by developing strategic B2B partnerships, expanding global sales channels, and driving high-value inbound travel revenue from international markets.
This is not a routine operational role. It is a high-level, performance-driven growth opportunity for a travel business professional who can actively generate business, build global relationships, and convert premium opportunities into measurable revenue.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
International Partnership Development Build and expand relationships with international travel agencies, overseas sales partners, DMCs, wholesalers, and premium travel networks Develop and close B2B agreements across key international markets including Europe, USA, UAE, Australia, China, and India Create long-term partner ecosystems to strengthen inbound travel business into Nepal Global Marketplace & Channel Expansion Design and position high-value Nepal travel products across global travel marketplaces, premium OTAs, wholesalers, and distribution platforms Identify and activate new international sales channels for luxury travel, MICE, FIT, and elite adventure products Strengthen global brand visibility and partner confidence through strong product-market alignment Inbound Revenue Growth Drive aggressive sales growth across: Luxury FIT travel MICE and corporate travel Premium adventure / trekking Customized VIP and high-value travel experiences Build and manage a structured international sales pipeline with clear targets, forecasting, and conversion discipline Contribute directly to inbound tourism revenue growth and premium booking acquisition Global Representation & Trade Development Represent the company in international travel marts, tourism expos, roadshows, and B2B networking events Build alliances with: Global travel trade stakeholders Embassy and diplomatic circles Airline and mobility partners Strategic institutional and corporate networks Position the company as a premium Nepal travel and experience brand Digital Lead Generation & Commercial Conversion Collaborate with internal teams to improve digital lead generation systems and inbound conversion channels Support optimization of websites, packages, inquiry handling, and digital response structures to improve FIT and high-ticket lead conversion Recommend improvements to sales collateral, landing pages, and product visibility across international digital platforms Proposal Development & Premium Client Handling Prepare high-quality quotations, proposals, travel packages, pitch decks, and business presentations for global partners, premium clients, and corporate buyers Handle customized itinerary design and high-value travel expectations with professionalism and commercial focus Negotiate confidently and close complex, high-ticket opportunities Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client execution and high satisfaction Provide market feedback to support product refinement, service improvement, and commercial innovation Maintain structured reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue performance, and partnership progress 👤 Candidate Profile

Required Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in: International tourism sales Travel trade business development Luxury or premium travel sales B2B partnership management in tourism, DMC, hospitality, or destination sales Strong Preference For Candidates With
Existing active global network / Rolodex of premium outbound agencies, overseas sales partners, wholesalers, DMCs, or tourism buyers Proven success in scaling B2B travel trade, inbound tourism, or luxury travel business Strong experience in: International tour selling Premium / customized travel experiences Corporate travel / MICE / elite adventure travel Exposure to global travel trade, international client expectations, and high-value travel negotiations Skills & Competencies
