We are looking for an International Client Relations & Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our London office.
This role combines office administration, client support and business coordination, working closely with our international team and clients.
About us
Díaz & Asociados is an international law firm with offices across Europe and Latin America, specialising in immigration, international mobility and business law.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries and coordinate appointments.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the London office.
- Prepare, organise and maintain documentation and client records.
- Coordinate with our offices in Spain and Latin America.
- Communicate with clients throughout their legal matters.
- Maintain accurate administrative records.
- Support business development and relationship management activities.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.

Requirements
- Experience in office administration, client services, customer support or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, as both languages are used daily in this role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
