Mastek is looking for a passionate Cyber Security Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful cyber resilience training across international programmes.

If you combine cyber expertise with strong instructional design and facilitation skills, this is a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact—helping organisations strengthen resilience across diverse global environments.

Role purpose

The International Cyber Security Training Specialist will design, develop and deliver cyber resilience training to international audiences, primarily in overseas environments. The role combines cyber subject knowledge with strong instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cultural awareness to ensure training is practical, engaging, and aligned to programme objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver cyber resilience training courses, workshops, and awareness sessions for international audiences.
  • Tailor training content to different stakeholder groups, maturity levels, cultural contexts, and operational environments.
  • Translate cyber resilience concepts, frameworks, and incident management practices into accessible learning content.
  • Develop learning materials, facilitator notes, exercises, case studies, and evaluation tools.
  • Support training needs analysis and contribute to training plans aligned to programme goals and regulatory expectations.
  • Deliver training linked to topics such as cyber risk, resilience, incident response planning, technical controls, information assurance, and emerging threats.
  • Gather learner feedback, measure training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Support overseas deployments, stakeholder workshops, and client engagement activities where training is part of wider advisory delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
