International Designer

Yahoo serves as a trusted guide for hundreds of millions of people globally, helping them achieve their goals online through our portfolio of iconic products. For advertisers, Yahoo Advertising offers omnichannel solutions and powerful data to engage with our brands and deliver results.

A Little About Us

Yahoo Brand Studio supports all international custom-built and designed advertiser work—inclusive of ads and content experience solutions—for the International Yahoo Ads business. We are a dynamic, highly collaborative team of creators, technologists, and strategists working together to bring cutting-edge advertising products to market. We focus on combining brand aesthetics with robust data and technology to deliver impactful experiences across Yahoo’s premier owned-and-operated properties.

About The Role

As a Designer I, you will be a key contributor to executing our ad and content experience solutions that run across Yahoo's ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design mockups for pre-sales proposals and deliver pixel-perfect creative assets for post-sales campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer who is eager to grow, comfortable working with evolving creative tools, and motivated to help drive ad product innovation under the general guidance of team leadership.

Responsibilities

Design Execution & Production: Own the design and execution of assigned standard and proprietary digital ad formats, ensuring all outputs are pixel-perfect, built to spec, and delivered on time. Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Sales Support teams to develop high-quality ad creative and content experience mocks that support outgoing proposals and pitch decks. AI-Augmented Design Workflows: Leverage approved AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva) to automate repetitive creative tasks, accelerate asset preparation, and rapidly prototype multiple design iterations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Publishers, Monetization, Engineering, and Strategy teams under the guidance of senior team members to understand product constraints and successfully execute design requirements. Process Documentation: Support the team's operational excellence by contributing to internal design system libraries, templates, ad specifications, and best practice guides. Creative Optimization: Proactively seek and implement AI-driven efficiencies in your day-to-day production workflows to minimize manual layout tasks and maximize design throughput.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
