The Role
We’re looking for an International Digital & Social Executive to join our Marketing team at Unite Students.
Working closely with the International Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver engaging digital and social content across key international markets, with a focus on China and India. From managing localised content and resident creators to supporting campaigns and partnerships, you’ll play an important role in growing our international brand presence and student engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of international social platforms, digital trends and culturally relevant storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support international digital and social campaigns across key markets.
- Create and localise content for platforms including WeChat, RedNote, Weibo, Douyin, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Manage resident content creators, including briefing, filming support and reposting content.
- Coordinate day-to-day activity with marketing agencies and brand partners.
- Support social listening and customer engagement activity.
- Monitor trends, emerging platforms and audience insights to drive innovation and performance.
- Track content and campaign performance to support ongoing optimisation.
What We’re Looking For In You
- Native Chinese speaker fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong understanding of the Chinese market.
- Experience managing digital and social campaigns across Chinese and international platforms.
- Strong copywriting, localisation and content creation skills, including video editing.
- Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and audience engagement.
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights and data to improve performance.
- A collaborative and creative approach, aligned with our One Team culture.
