International Education Specialist
Leatherhead Training Centre (Hybrid)
Salary £35,000
As an international education specialist, you are a dynamic educator and an exceptional Professional Skin Therapist, delivering high-quality training across our network of Dermalogica business partners in EMEA. Your audience includes skin therapists, retail teams, press/influencers, medical practitioners, and internal stakeholders.
You will embody Dermalogica’s values and expertise, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all environments. Combining advanced technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness, you will deliver impactful education that enhances therapists’ capability while supporting retail performance and service excellence.
This role requires flexibility, cultural awareness, and adaptability, along with a genuine passion for education.

Job Requirements
- Level 4 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of skincare training experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Virtual training experience utilising Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
- Captivating presentation skills, both on stage and in virtual settings.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Dermalogica education both in-person and via digital platforms, ensuring alignment with global education standards.
- Travel internationally, representing Dermalogica, to support EMEA markets through training, events, seminars, and product/treatment launches.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Dermalogica products, treatments, techniques, concepts, and the wider industry trends.
- Support and develop international markets through ongoing training, meetings, and education initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
- Demonstrates flexibility to work across international time zones and attend global meetings.
