Summary of Role
The ISTD is looking for a Spanish-speaking International Examinations Officer. This is a permanent role starting from September - October 2026 (Flexible).
The role will deliver a broad range of professional and efficient administrative services, supporting dance examinations conducted outside the United Kingdom, both online and in-person.
As part of a collaborative team, the focus of this role is to manage the planning, organisation, and coordination of remote dance examinations, as well as arrange international tours for in-person assessments. Key responsibilities include liaising regularly with examiners and international members, providing essential support, guidance, and training on ISTD internal systems.

This position reports directly to the Head of International Examinations.
Person Specification
ISTD is looking for an individual who works effectively in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and high-quality administration. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in following clear instructions and processes
- Ability to learn systems quickly and apply training effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive mindset and sound judgement
- Fluency in English and native-level Spanish
- A collaborative and flexible approach
