Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a chance to learn something new? Would you like a real insight into how an international warehouse works? If you have a proven background in administration, are keen to get stuck in and enjoy working in a collaborative manner then this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for two experienced International Export Administrators to join our international team at our leading M&S site in Bradford. The team may be small but are an important part of the operation. You will be responsible for carrying out planning and coordinating international loads ready for dispatch. You will help ensure the timely dispatch of international containers and trailers, using multiple systems and working with several internal departments.
This is a full-time, permanent position where you’ll be working, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

- You’ll be paid a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Advance coordination with the customer and excise team to ensure the compliant despatch of stock.
- Support and/or manage bespoke VAS for individual accounts.
- Scan pallets picked for dispatch, consolidate pallets, and finalize loads, build containers/trailers.
- Raise IFOS discrepancies to senior managers and manage drivers arriving onsite.
- Daily operational checks and report generation, review of forecasts, and create international documentation.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous Administrative experience is essential, ideally within an export environment.
- Customs Declaration Service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong administration skills: MS Office is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A commitment to producing accurate work, to a high standard, within set timescales.
