At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.
At egg, we care about each other as much as we care about our clients and our business. We're collaborative, curious and straightforward. We help each other out when things get busy, we challenge each other to think differently, and we don't leave problems for someone else to solve.
No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.
Which brings us to you
You don't just organise incentive programmes. You create experiences people talk about for years.
You're passionate about travel, naturally curious about the world and always looking for the next destination, hidden gem or unforgettable experience. You understand that the smallest details often have the biggest impact, and you thrive on turning ambitious briefs into seamless, world-class programmes.
You combine creativity with operational excellence, commercial awareness and calm decision-making. Whether you're presenting to a client, leading a project team or managing multiple programmes across different countries, you stay focused, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional work.
Most importantly, you're someone people trust, whether they're clients, colleagues or partners on the other side of the world.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex international incentive travel programmes, from brief through to onsite execution and post-event evaluation
- Build trusted relationships with global clients, suppliers and destination partners, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the programme lifecycle
- Develop creative destination concepts and present compelling solutions that exceed client expectations
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, coaching and quality oversight while ensuring programmes are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard
- Own programme budgets, commercial performance and profitability, balancing exceptional experiences with commercial success
- Travel internationally to lead site inspections, oversee programme delivery and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging destinations and new opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
