Key Account Manager (KAM) – North America & EMEA
Reports to: Co-founder and Sales Director, Mathieu
About the Role
You’ll own 10+ key accounts across North America and EMEA, working alongside a team of 4 Account Executives (AEs). As our Chief Relationship Builder, your mission is to drive growth, deepen loyalty, and optimize revenue from high-value clients—before they even realize they need us.
Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a custom sales plus loyalty strategy for each account
- Define key account ROI drivers and align them with your clients’ business goals

Partnership & Engagement
- Meet and build deep relationships with every key contact
- Pinpoint their pain points and deliver tailored solutions
- Turn strategic insights into action, fostering long-term loyalty

Revenue Growth
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and uncover hidden opportunities in every account
- Secure multi-year contract commitments and account renewals
- Negotiate terms that grow both value and portfolio ARR

Collaboration & Coordination
- Lead alignment between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing for maximum impact
- Champion reverse engineers to incorporate client feedback
- Foster a community-driven ecosystem for clients through partnerships and events

KPIs
Your success is measured by: ✅ Growth of existing accounts (expansion of usage, adoption, and satisfaction) ✅ Increase in Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) against targets ✅ 100% contract renewal rate with multi-year commitments
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
✔ 4–5 years in a Key Account Manager role within HRIS/learning tech, ideally with enterprise-level (Fortune 500) account ownership ✔ Proven track record in universeller B2B market with a solution-centric approach ✔ Strong affinity for HRIS ecosystems—preferably in skills intelligence, L&D, or workforce planning
