Position Overview
As an International Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving the company’s growth across corporate, rent-a-car and mobility channels. You will manage and develop multi-national partnerships while ensuring alignment between headquarters and local markets to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience globally.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop international partnerships with strategic customers ensuring strong long-term collaboration and business development. Lead and support commercial discussions, RFPs and multi-country contract negotiations with key partners, in close coordination with internal stakeholders. Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities across markets to drive growth and strengthen market presence. Implement and oversee international framework agreements ensuring full activation and consistent execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex business initiatives and secure alignment across regions and departments. Maintain and continuously improve the customer and opportunity database, ensuring high data accuracy and visibility on contracts and performance metrics. Analyze customer trends, tender activities, and market developments to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable strategic insights.

Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in International Key Account Management or Fleet Sales within the automotive or mobility sector. Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills. Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus) Fluent English (spoken and written) and other European languages are a plus.
