About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive International Key Account Manager UK who will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of Farm Trans within the UK market. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and professionalisation of our UK operations.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding the company's customer base across the UK.
- Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Identifying market trends, commercial opportunities, and new business potential.
- Developing and executing a commercial sales plan focused on sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Representing Farm Trans at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Contributing to the ongoing development and professionalisation of the UK commercial organisation.
- Reporting sales performance, forecasts, pipeline developments, and market intelligence to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What We're Looking For
- Proven commercial experience within the transport, logistics, and warehousing sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the UK logistics market.
- Experience within, or affinity with, the food industry is highly desirable.
- A successful track record in business development and account management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
- Resident in the United Kingdom, preferably located between London and Immingham.
- Willingness to travel within the UK to visit customers and prospects.
- UK driving licence.
