We invite a lawyer whose field of interest and specialization is private international law to join our team.
It is well known that social relations’ continuous and dynamic development is an inherent feature of the modern world. International law as a regulator of doing transnational business also does not stand still, but is constantly evolving and transforming. Therefore, jurisprudence puts forward new and interesting tasks for business every day.
We are looking for a lawyer who is interested in active and comprehensive development in accordance with the demands of the modern world.

02 Professional Qualities
- Theoretical knowledge in the field of law.
- Knowledge in the field of application of private international and contract law, the desire to develop in this direction.
- Good (Upper-Intermediate / Fluent) command of English, including written professional (legal) English.
03 Field Of Activity
- Full cycle of support of contractual activity of the companies registered in foreign jurisdictions.
- Development, proofreading, coordination of contracts for IT activities (in the field of software development, affiliate marketing, media buying, SMM, e-commerce, etc.).
- Development of policies (terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.) for websites in accordance with current legislation, international regulations and standards.
- Development of policies (terms and conditions, privacy policy) for the App Store and Google Play.

Working Conditions
- 8-hour working day from 10.00 to 19.00
- Official employment in accordance with the Labour Code
