International Lead Generation Manager - Fully Remote / Worldwide

Company Description We help fast-growing online brands advertise on television, the kind of brands that judge every pound of advertising on what it brings back, not on how the ad looks.

We work across 50+ countries, operating out of the UK, Canada and East Africa, for clients in areas like online gaming, online-first retail and travel & tourism.

We're a lean operation that has to be smart about where we compete; putting our effort where it counts, trying approaches the bigger players wouldn't even think of.

This role will lead that work at the front of our pipeline.

Role Description You’ll generate new business leads and pass them to our senior team to progress and close. When a lead fits our UK, Canada or East Africa operations, you’ll route it there. You’re the front of the funnel for the whole group.

Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) is a core part of the job, and you’ll be measured on it. But we’re not looking for someone who fires the same message at a long list and hopes. We want outreach that’s well thought out: the right people, a reason to be talking to them now, a message they’d actually reply to. Volume matters, but only the kind that turns into conversations worth having.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Alongside that, we want someone who thinks beyond the next email. The best version of this role builds a system, working out where our target customers spend their attention, and finding repeatable ways to get our name, and yours, in front of them. Content, presence, the right events, the channels our competitors overlook. Outreach lands far better when the name is already familiar, and that’s the kind of groundwork we want you building over time.

Qualifications You might be two years into your career or ten - we care more about how you think than how long you’ve done it. You don’t need a background in television or media to apply. You’re full of ideas and keen to test them. You’ve built something before - an audience, a channel, a campaign, a process that stuck - rather than only worked a list someone handed you. You’re commercial: you know that activity only counts when it turns into a lead the team can actually close. You’ll suit this if you like having room to try things and seeing your ideas put into practice quickly. You’ll find it frustrating if you need a big brand behind you, a full marketing team to lean on, or a steady flow of inbound leads to work. Location is no barrier. We'll consider strong candidates wherever in the world they're based.
