International Market Manager – Infection Prevention

We are currently recruiting for an International Market Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forward through global connections and product specialism. This evolving role provides space for the successful applicant to contribute to direction and development within a flexible, non-traditional working arrangement (outside standard 9-5 hours).
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Gather regional feedback and provide input for portfolio strategy and roadmap in designated country markets (EMEA/APAC/LATAM), supporting product management plans for profitable growth.
- Identify and analyze country-specific Voice of Customer (VoC) to address regional needs, collaborating with the Product Management team to ensure market requirements are integrated into new product development.
- Develop global launch packages for the commercialization of new products.
- Maintain a broad understanding of standards, regulations, and registration requirements for designated products.
- Partner with the global Product Management team to prioritize translation needs and track ROI for each initiative.
- Analyze competitive climates and local marketing practices, supporting international sales managers and commercial marketing in positioning designated products effectively.
- Work with the global Marketing Communications team to recommend and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies, including international launch packages and technical bulletins.
- Identify and create engaging content for the international website, enhancing customer acquisition and conversion, while also contributing to IPT Connect App and International e-Commerce.

Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office (Leicester/Bishops Stortford) and 2 days remote.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
Required Experience (5–7 years)
- Proven experience in a market-based role, including:
- 2 years working with international markets.
- Strong preference for experience in medical capital equipment industries.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20–25% of the time).
- Exemplary project management skills—ability to handle multiple complex, high-priority tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with complex products, marketing channels, and strategies.
Preferred Experience
- MBA in Marketing is highly desirable.
