Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and offer all Ayala Land residential brands (Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia) to prospects
  • Represent the organization in sponsored booths/events/roadshows in Japan
  • Ensure completion of necessary reservation and booking documents of the Target Prospects
  • Participate in Training Seminars, Meetings set by leaders and Marketing Activities and/or Digital Manning
  • Coordinate and discuss with Clients on guidelines and circulars on:
    • Discounts
    • Special Rebates
    • Incentives
    • Promos
    • Advertisements

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any course
  • Bilingual or Fluent in both English and Tagalog
  • 1-2 years of experience from industries such as, but not limited to, Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, Banking and Finance, Sales etc.
  • Adept at networking and maintaining client relations
  • Strong (oral and written) communicator
  • Motivated, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
