About New Homes Hub
New Homes Hub is a UK property technology platform dedicated exclusively to new build and newly built homes. We work with leading developers, estate agents and build-to-rent operators, helping buyers and renters discover new homes through an innovative digital platform.
As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an enthusiastic International Marketing Intern to help strengthen our presence across global markets, with a particular focus on China.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing startup, working directly with the founders and contributing to real marketing initiatives that support our international growth.

- Create, manage and optimise content across Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin, WeChat, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Support the planning and execution of international marketing campaigns.
- Translate and adapt marketing content between English and Mandarin.
- Research market trends, competitors and consumer behaviour.
- Produce marketing reports and strategic insights.
- Engage with online communities and help grow brand awareness.
- Contribute creative ideas to support New Homes Hub's international expansion.
About You
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media and content creation.
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin and WeChat.
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.

This is an unpaid internship. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue working with New Homes Hub on a paid freelance basis, subject to performance and business needs.
