Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team.
We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of Europe's defining consumer brands.
This new role is for a Senior International Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing across our core European markets. You'll own the strategy and delivery, from adapting brand campaigns for local audiences, to leading go-to-market for new launches, to building the influencer, PR, and events presence that gets people talking.
It's a broad role for someone who understands how to build a brand across borders and who's excited to shape how Living Things grows across Europe.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
