International Operations Coordinator
Hybrid, London - City
Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,500 - £30,500
Your Role
As an International Operations Support, you will provide professional operational support to international corporate customers, partners, and regional teams, helping to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across global markets. Working closely with the International Operations Manager, Regional Directors, and colleagues across international offices, including Hong Kong and Dubai, you will support operational activities, client engagement, contracting processes, and the delivery of new initiatives.
You will act as a key point of contact for customer and partner enquiries, coordinating solutions, maintaining accurate client data, and supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, and operational documentation. The role also contributes to project delivery, internal communications, process improvement, and the effective management of operational activities.
Using strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you will help identify and resolve issues, support service excellence, and ensure operational processes are delivered consistently and efficiently. You will work collaboratively across international and UK-based teams to support business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

- A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and representatives of Market & Opportunities teams.
