International Operations Manager, Fulfillment
Why We Exist and What We Do:
At Dr. Squatch (www.drsquatch.com), we’re raising the bar on men’s personal care with our line of natural, high-performance products. We’re on a high-growth, fast-moving ride, continually introducing new product categories, launching into retailers nationwide, and growing internationally. We have been recognized and certified by Great Place to Work® multiple times, and we achieved status as a certified B Corp in 2023. We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!
About the Role:
This is a newly created role built to support Dr. Squatch's international expansion, with a primary focus on Retail and B2B fulfillment across our UK and EU markets. You'll own day-to-day operations across international retail accounts, manage 3PL and display provider relationships, and lead cross-functional coordination with Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Retail Sales, Ops Excellence, and Compliance.
Your external-facing world will be largely UK and EU-based, including 3PL partners, display providers, and retail/B2B accounts. There is also potential for involvement supporting our Canadian 3PL operation in Toronto.
Because our HQ team operates on Pacific Time, you'll be the operational owner for most of the European working day. That requires strong independent judgment, clear communication, and the ability to drive things forward across DTC and Amazon channels as needed before HQ comes online.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Retail Fulfillment.
This is a full-time hybrid role with benefits based out of our London office, with semi-frequent travel to key 3PL and retail partner sites across the UK and Europe, and occasional travel to our Marina del Rey, CA headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day Retail and B2B fulfillment operations across UK and EU markets, including order management, inventory management, routing guide compliance, freight providers, and chargeback prevention. Serve as the primary point of contact for UK and EU-based 3PL partners and display providers, managing performance against SLAs/OTIF and driving accountability and resolution when issues arise. Build and manage working operational relationships with UK and EU retail accounts, serving as the go-to operational contact during local business hours. Lead coordination with Planning, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams to align inbound shipments and stock positions across international retail accounts. Own onboarding of new international retail partners, including operational setup, EDI/order integration, go-live readiness, and real-time investigation when EDI issues arise. Provide cross-channel coverage during the European working day, including DTC and Amazon operations support, to maintain momentum before the HQ team comes online. Track and report on key fulfillment KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, chargeback rate, cost per unit, etc.), surface trends, and bring recommendations rather than just data. Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure fulfillment operations meet local regulatory requirements, including labeling, product classification, and HazMat handling. Support Canadian fulfillment operations out of Toronto on an as-needed basis. Identify and drive operational improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve service levels, and scale with the business as we expand into new international markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
