We Are Looking for a International Payroll Specialist
In this role, you will provide accurate and efficient payroll administration support across our international markets, ensuring employee queries are resolved promptly and payroll processes are delivered in line with legislation and company policy.
What You Will Do...
- Create and maintain employee records on payroll systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Process weekly timesheets, payroll adjustments and employee record changes in a timely manner.
- Support the management of the Payroll Inbox, responding to queries from employees, Store Managers and Concession Managers.
- Assist with the delivery of the full international payroll cycle, working closely with Payroll, HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide payroll and administrative support on projects, payroll sign-off activities and ad hoc tasks as required.

Who You Will Be...
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, positive and able to prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes; previous administration experience is preferred, experience with International Payroll or Deel would be advantageous.
