Job Location: Beijing, China

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with international media, artists, and influencers to drive positive brand exposure and in-depth coverage in international markets.
  • Design and execute PR and communication strategies that align with both our brand identity and the nuances of each international market, enhancing our global presence.
  • Craft, edit, and distribute press releases, brand stories, product reviews, and feature articles, ensuring all materials are culturally relevant and matched to the tone of each media outlet. Track performance and continuously refine distribution strategies.
  • Provide PR support for international offline brand events, including pop-ups, exhibitions, and fashion weeks, handling media invitations, on-site hospitality, content capture, and post-event coverage follow-up to maximize exposure and impact.
  • Respond swiftly to negative publicity or crisis situations in international markets, coordinate internal and external resources, and develop mitigation strategies to protect the brand's reputation globally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism & Communication, International Relations, English, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in international PR, international social media operations, or global brand communications. Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to independently draft English articles, communicate with international media, and host international events. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Thai, Korean, French) is a plus.
  • Established network of international media or influencer contacts. Understanding of the communication dynamics of major global social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to produce press releases, feature articles, brand stories, and other content formats. Experience securing placements in major international media outlets is preferred.
  • Experience living or working abroad is preferred. Ability to work across time zones, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
