The University of Southampton is a world-leading, research-intensive university, recognised globally for excellence, innovation and enterprise. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated qualified accountant to join our Finance Department and play a key role in supporting the financial development and operation of the University’s Transnational Education (TNE) activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our international campuses, strategic partnerships and new global delivery models, contributing to projects that expand the University’s global footprint.
You will prepare and maintain financial models for new and established international activities, provide timely financial analysis to support decision making, and help ensure consistent and compliant financial processes across our overseas operations. The role also involves liaising with international colleagues and external advisors, supporting overseas registrations and operational set up, and acting as a key point of contact for finance matters across our global partnerships.
