International Projects Coordinator
London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London
We are seeking to recruit an International Projects Coordinator with a passion for global collaboration and experience in academic environments.
The role requires an individual who can support inerational Partnerships and help drive UAL’s Global Affairs strategic approach. You will develop, nurture, and manage new and existing partnerships and collaborations across various disciplines, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, scoping, and administering international projects within and beyond London College of Fashion and the wider University of the Arts London (UAL)
- Identifying, developing, and building partnerships with academic institutions, research centres, and industry collaborators worldwide
- Supporting collaboration between academic areas, research centres, and the UAL Global Engagement Office
- Providing operational and strategic direction within the International Partnerships team, including liaison with academics, researchers, and key stakeholders

About You
- Proven experience in international partnership development, global project coordination, and academic collaboration
- Strong knowledge of fashion education, curriculum, and research preference
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects
- Passionate about fostering global engagement and Facilitating innovative cross-cultural collaborations
Experience
An ideally suited candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience administering and mentoring global academic and industry partnerships.
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail, and reporting skills as part of a dynamic team
- Experience working within a UK Higher Education/Fashion context
