Position: International Registration Officer

Vitaflo (International) Ltd is currently looking to recruit a full-time, permanent International Registration Officer to work at its head offices just outside Liverpool city centre. The role will involve supporting and progressing the Vitaflo portfolio of international product registrations, working with multiple stakeholders, third party distributors and Nestle organisations across various countries.

Responsibilities

As the International Registration Officer, your main responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Liaising with International Sales and Marketing organisations to determine local registration requirements.
  • Developing relationships and building knowledge within the business on product registration requirements.
  • Identifying and verifying appropriate information to meet market registration requirements.
  • Coordinating activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Collation of registration packages and provision to registration authorities and international marketing units.
  • Reviewing and auditing information against registration requirements.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of submitted registrations.
  • Creating registration folders and storing and maintaining documentation.
  • Requesting and auditing documentation required from external authorities / organisations and processing the legalisation of documents.
  • Monitoring of progress on registration files submitted and responding to authority queries.
  • Creating and maintaining registration records to track registration submissions and approval status.
  • Supporting Innovation and Renovation projects to ensure timelines registration roll out is delivered to time.
  • Responsibility for ongoing communications with international markets and tracking of actions required by local RSA function to support Vitaflo business priorities.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for applicants who possess the following:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferred Sciences.
  • Experience in a registrations role or relevant area of working including handling of technical documentation.
  • Experience of working within the international environment.
  • Previously worked in a multi-disciplinary environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong self-management as well as being able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
