Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Executive role based in Gloucester.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented French speaker Sales Executive to provide support across multiple markets, including France, Belgium, USA, and Canada.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and commercial processes. The role is internally focused, providing critical support through reporting, analysis, and administration rather than direct customer interaction.

Role Specs

Commercial & Administrative Support

  • Support to the French Key Account Manager (50% of role) with day-to-day account management activities as well as support Country Managers on specific support tasks.
  • Help prepare customer presentations for meetings, business reviews, and commercial negotiations.
  • Support the management of promotional plans, including maintaining and updating promo plan trackers.
  • Assist in preparing and updating product brochures, display catalogues, etc.
  • Support the International Commercial Manager with day-to-day tasks relating to pricing, reporting, data administration.
  • Support the International Sales Managers on key market-specific projects which may require international travel.

Systems & Data Management

  • Update and maintain French portals with accurate product information.
  • Complete and submit promotional forms in line with retailer requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure all submitted data is accurate and aligned with internal systems.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Maintain and update Internal/sell-in/Sell-out data trackers, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyse product and retailer performance (Retailers’ datasharing, Nielsen, and Sell-in reports) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support reporting on sales performance, promotions, and market activity.

Key Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • French written/reading skills are essential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualification / Degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Ideally (but not a requirement) 2+ years’ experience in:
    • Executive/Personal Assistant role.
    • Sales/Operations coordination.
    • Business support roles.
  • Experience in multinational or commercial environments is a plus.
