International Sales Manager

International Sales Manager (Europe) | £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus | Fully Remote | 38 days Holiday + Birthday

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing international beauty and wellness business as an International Sales Manager (Europe / German Market), offering a fully remote position with a chance to work alongside an established international team while driving growth in Germany.

We are seeking a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, developing existing partnerships, and expanding international markets. While experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry is ideal, we are also open to candidates with a strong FMCG background.


The Role

As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across Germany, collaborating with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to increase market share and drive commercial growth.

This is a hands-on commercial role, requiring:

  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Delivering ambitious sales targets across a diverse range of beauty, wellness, and personal care products

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across the European market, particularly in Germany.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal international teams to execute commercial strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio spanning beauty, wellness, and personal care categories.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events as required.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience selling into the German market.
  • Established relationships with retailers, distributors, or wholesalers in Germany (a plus).
  • A proven track record of developing new business while growing existing accounts.
  • Essential experience in FMCG sales.
  • Beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness industry knowledge (highly desirable).
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, commercial environment.
  • Experience managing multiple customers and product categories.
  • Fluent English communication skills (essential).
  • German language skills (highly advantageous, but not mandatory).
