We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing FMCG business operating within the health, wellness. Backed by a major international parent group, the business combines the agility of a challenger brand with the investment, stability and resources of a much larger organisation.

Following a sustained period of double-digit growth, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with significant investment behind their brands and international ambitions. With plans to accelerate growth across Europe, APAC and North America, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the business.

The Role

As International Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial growth across a portfolio of international markets, managing both retail and distributor relationships. You'll take ownership of key territories including the Nordics, Benelux, Eastern Europe and APAC, while also supporting the exciting expansion into the US market.

This is a highly commercial role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll develop market-specific growth plans, identify new retail opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and work closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable international growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
