International Sales Manager - Nordic & French Region
We are searching for a talented International Sales Manager to join our sales team for the Nordic & French region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Nordics & France, this person will take responsibility for negotiating contracts for hotel and package products directly with suppliers and will be based in London, requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week.

The Role and Things You’ll Be Working On
As a Sales Manager at Secret Escapes, you will be responsible for identifying and maintaining business relationships with hotels and DMCs across your designated region, aiming to drive the commercial growth of the company by securing the best deals for our customers.

- Maintaining existing business relationships and contracting new hotels in the region across our range of product types.
- Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of products across your region, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to multi-day tours and city packages.
- Drive the commercial growth of your region by building strong relationships with decision makers in the supply chain.
- Managing all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement, allocation management and ongoing account management.
- Close collaboration with other departments – particularly with Operations, Sales Steering & Revenue, Customer Service.

The team is a supportive and collaborative collective, focused on our mission to inspire the world to escape. We are open-minded and use data and insights to devise hypotheses to test in as lean a way as possible. We are results-oriented and focus on positively impacting targeted outcomes in the sweet spot between customer and business value generation.

You Will Bring:
- Excellent sales and account management experience, with a track record of successful contracting in the travel industry. Experience of negotiating contracts in France is preferred.
- French-speaking preferred. English mandatory. The Nordic language is a bonus.
- Good knowledge of the French travel and hotel market.
- A strong negotiator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with business customers.
- A target-driven mindset with experience of working towards and achieving monthly targets.
- Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially astute with high numeracy and analytical skills.
