Are you skilled at building high value distributor partnerships in premium retail environments?
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a European sales strategy aligned with a luxury and niche positioning.
- Grow revenue, distribution and brand desirability across key European prestige markets.
- Develop and lead joint business plans with premium distributors and high end retail partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins and marketing investment at senior level.
- Drive elevated trade marketing and in store experiences that reflect luxury brand values.
- Ensure flawless execution of launches, campaigns and seasonal activations in store.
- Track sales performance, forecasts and P&L, sharing strategic insights with leadership.
- Act as a senior brand ambassador in market, representing the brand with credibility and authority.

Candidate Requirements
- Some to extensive experience in luxury, premium or niche beauty or fragrance sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing forecasts, budgets and profitability.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior distributor and retail stakeholders.
- Polished communication style with a natural affinity for premium brand storytelling.
