Reports To: Sales Director CK Lyndex design and manufacture advanced recycling machinery entirely in-house, delivering engineered solutions to customers worldwide.

Background CK Lyndex is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven and self-motivated individual to support international growth through the development and management of distributor and partner relationships across global markets.
This role requires an individual who can build long-term commercial relationships, support partner development and work collaboratively to expand CK Lyndex presence across key international territories. Given the technical nature of the machinery and longer sales cycles, the successful candidate will be commercially focused, relationship-driven and comfortable operating within a technically led environment. The role is UK-based, with regular international travel expected to distributor locations, customer visits, and industry events The Role: Develop and manage relationships with international distributors and channel partners to support long-term business growth • Work collaboratively with distributor partners to identify opportunities, strengthen market presence and maximise sales performance across assigned territories • Support partners with product knowledge, technical understanding and solution development to enable successful customer engagement • Act as a key point of contact for international partners, ensuring strong communication and a high level of support • Identify new distributor and partnership opportunities in target international markets • Work closely with internal Product Solutions teams to deliver bespoke and customer-focused solutions where required • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth and product development • Deliver against KPIs relating to partner performance, sales growth, market development and strategic objectives • Produce regular reporting on partner activity, pipeline opportunities, forecasts and market developments • Support international exhibitions, trade shows and distributor events where required • Ensure compliance with required documentation and internal processes • Represent CK Lyndex professionally and act as an ambassador for company values internationally The Person: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales, channel management, distributor management or business development role • Experience managing distributor networks, channel partnerships or international commercial relationships is highly desirable • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and identify opportunities for business growth • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills • Account management and project coordination experience • Ability and curiosity to develop a strong technical understanding of products and market requirements • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, recycling or capital equipment sectors is desirable • Comfortable working across international markets and cultures • Willingness to travel internationally as required Benefits Competitive Salary plus bonus 29 days holidays Ongoing training opportunities Company Car Perks Card Free Parking on Site
