International Search Consultant

Sales Executive Search & Business Development (Hybrid – UK)

📍 Location: UK (Hybrid) – 5 mins from Lostock train station on the Manchester-Chester line

📅 Start Date: Immediate

🔹 Type: Full-time, Entry-level

Responsibilities

With structured support and autonomy, you’ll take full ownership of the executive search lifecycle:

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Cultivate and expand relationships across Germany and Europe
    • Proactively expanding business through consultative outreach
  • Search Project Leadership

    • Lead end-to-end executive search processes, from initial consultancy to successful placement
    • Identify and engage senior-level candidates for high-potential executive roles

  • Revenue & Sales Growth

    • Perform in-depth interviews assessing candidate leadership capabilities and motivations
    • Guide clients on market insights, talent availability, and hiring strategies
    • Manage negotiations and close high-value placements
  • Performance Drivers

    • Hit and exceed clear revenue targets in a performance-driven environment
    • Foster your personal brand and specialist expertise in executive placement

You’ll strengthen client partnerships, contribute to commercial growth, and shape leadership teams across the DACH region, Europe, and beyond.


Requirements

This role requires no prior executive search experience, but you must bring:

  • 1–5+ years in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, or client-facing commercial roles
  • A proven record of exceeding targets—精益求精 in performance-based environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and a consultative mindset
  • Resilience, ambition, and a strong drive for rapid progression
  • Passion for talent acquisition and developing people-centric business relationships

Language:

  • Essential: Fluent (spoken & written) in English
  • Advantage: Proficiency in German (not mandatory, but highly valuable for DACH market growth)
