International Spa Trainer (12 Months contract)
Luxury Skincare Brand | UK & EMEA Salary: Up to £45,000 + travel expenses Location: London-based | Extensive International Travel
We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised luxury skincare brand with an iconic range of professional and retail products. This is a rare opportunity to join the brand as an International Spa Trainer, supporting prestigious spa partners across the UK and EMEA.
This role is ideal for an experienced trainer who thrives in an international environment and is comfortable spending extended periods away from home while travelling to some of the world’s most exclusive resorts and destination spas.
The Role
As International Spa Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inspiring, high‑quality education on both treatments and retail to spa teams across multiple territories. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent standards and exceptional product knowledge throughout the region.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering face‑to‑face training to individuals and cohorts of learners
- Facilitating new partner openings, refresher training, and advanced workshops
- Supporting retail performance through product knowledge and consultative sales training
- Maintaining training standards aligned with brand protocols and luxury positioning
- Representing the brand professionally at international spa locations and events
About You
We are seeking a confident, polished professional with a strong background in luxury spas and education.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a dedicated skincare training role (essential)
- Experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- A background in premium or luxury spa environments
- Strong retail experience within a luxury skincare or spa brand
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
