Location - Lutterworth, Leicestershire (office based 3 days per week)

Salary - £27,500 per annum

Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with occasional weekend cover required

As a business with iconic brands including Mr Kipling, Ambrosia, Batchelors, and Sharwood's, we're looking for an organised and detail-focused International Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our International Customer Service team based in Lutterworth.

The Role

As an International Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you'll manage customer orders and export documentation for our international customers, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time across multiple global markets.

Working closely with customers, freight forwarders, third-party warehouses, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth movement of goods worldwide while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing and managing customer orders through SAP and customer portals
  • Coordinating order fulfilment with customers, planners, and commercial teams
  • Managing export documentation, including customs invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Arranging transportation with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers
  • Supporting international stock transfers and sample requests
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure excellent service levels

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in export documentation preparation and processes
  • Background in data processing and applying processes
  • Advanced Excel skills with a demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy
  • Background in export/import or shipping
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Understanding of manufacturing supply chains
