Ignite your potential. Shape your international career.

Are you about to graduate or early in your career and ready for more? Join our international talent program where you take ownership from day one and accelerate your career across countries, roles, and cultures.

IGNITE is our international talent program designed for ambitious starters who want to stand out. It offers you the opportunity to gain fast-track experience and discover where your strengths and ambitions truly lie, all within an international environment. Starting as a Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers, analyse business processes and help implement ERP solutions that support their day-to-day operations. Whether you’re graduating or already have some initial work experience, IGNITE helps you take the next step, faster and broader than a typical role.

In this two-year program, you will gain hands-on experience across our international organization through three rotations, giving you the opportunity to explore different roles, countries, and perspectives, before moving into a permanent position that fits your strengths and ambitions.

You Will Follow Learning Modules, Work Towards Milestones, And Receive Ongoing Coaching And Exposure To Senior Leadership (EMT). This Ensures You Grow Quickly, Both Professionally And Personally. The Program Is As Follows:

First rotation (12 months | home country)

Your journey starts in your home country, where you'll build a strong consultancy foundation and get to know 4PS from the inside out. During your first year, you'll work on real customer implementations alongside experienced consultants, learning how construction companies manage projects, finances, planning and operations with ERP software. Through workshops, business process analysis and hands-on project work, you'll steadily grow your expertise and responsibilities.

Second rotation (6 months | international)

You continue your rotation abroad at one of our international offices, where you'll take on a more independent consulting role. Working with customers, you'll analyse business processes, lead workshops, configure ERP solutions and support implementation projects. Along the way, you'll develop the skills needed to manage stakeholders, deliver customer value and collaborate effectively across cultures.

Third rotation (6 months | international)

In your final rotation, you will broaden your horizons at another international office and gain experience in a different business domain. Whether your path leads to consultancy, project management, account management or product management, you'll deepen your expertise, expand your network, and develop the skills needed to take the next step in your international career.

Your landing role

After completing the program, you will move into a role that matches your development, strengths, and ambitions (such as consultant, project manager, account manager, or product manager) in one of our international offices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
