The Role: International Tax Analyst
Join Remote’s Finance team at a pivotal time to shape the global employment landscape. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact—helping businesses untangle international tax complexities so they can hire and grow teams without oversight or stress.
Key Responsibilities
In this ίτinetics and finance-driven position, you’ll:
- Assist with cross-border tax consultations, including personal income tax and social security compliance for our active countries.
- Design and recommend the most tax-efficient equity strategies and payment structures.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to determine funding flow models that optimize salary packages and benefits across jurisdictions.
- Analyze tax exposures in new markets, providing actionable insights on local liability risks and social security obligations.
- Advise the team and clients on emerging tax compliance questions arising from diverse employee arrangements.
- Develop documentation to address recurring and future-proving tax queries, aiding internal and client PF&A teams.

Requirements
We’re looking for collections professionals with proven expertise in:
- International taxation and financial compliance, prioritizing startups, Fintech, or boutique consulting.
- Complex equity and compensation structuring, including cross-border salary strategies.
- Demonstrable experience handling large datasets and data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiation and commercial sensitivity, with strong influence and communication skills.
- Multitasking in high-growth environments, managing competing priorities with agility.
- Fluent written and spoken English—this role operates exclusively in English.
Bonus points:
- Experience in fully remote teams.
- Familiarity with Antarctica’s employment laws (we’re always looking ahead).

Salary range (annual): €64,550–€72,650 EUR
